To me, it’s essential for learning solutions to be human-centered, valuable, and user-friendly.
When designing a learning experience, I put humans at the center, considering their learning needs and gaps. Then, I consider the needs of the organization/corporate such as questions WHY/WHAT/HOW to make the learning design meaningful for both organization and the target audience. Lastly, I believe a user-friendly eLearning interaction will make a difference—to be more engaging and effective.
I’m a detail-oriented, organized, and creative person.
While working, I always do my best to be prepared, collaborative, and motivated! While not working, I keep learning new things such as cooking, hiking, crocheting, and AI. I also dabble into video editing for fun for my dad’s youtube channel.
